A little look at the schedule
Tonight's schedule here is going to be a whirlwind to the umpth degree. Here's a little rundown of my chaotic night that will start here in about 3 1/2 hours.
6 p.m. - Ryan's Michael McLeod competes in the 4A boys high jump
6:10 - Argyle's 4x100 relay team gets to work
6:20 - Argyle distance legend Kristie Krueger takes a crack at the middle distance in the 800
6:30 - Argyle's Connor Hughey takes his crack at the 800
7:05 - Guyer's Brittany Shorter, the Wildcats' lone girl representative, runs the 100
7:35 - Sanger's 4x200 relay takes off
7:55 - Guyer's Joe Barb goes in the 400
8:15 - Argyle's Colby Oberle runs the 300 hurdles
8:45 - Krueger goes for the second time of the night in the 1,600, which she won last year
8:55 - Argyle's Blake Woolums and Stephen Curry go for the gold in the 1,600. Woolums won the 3,200 this morning.
9:15 - Guyer's mile relay competes in the final race of the evening, otherwise known as the "granddaddy of them all" around these parts.
